Common questions
Open the app and sign in with your email and password. New to the studio, or need an account set up? Just email or call us and we'll get you started.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?", enter your email, and follow the link we send you to set a new one.
Go to the Buy tab, choose a single lesson, a package, or monthly tuition, and pay securely by card. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by the app.
Go to Schedule and pick an open time. To cancel or reschedule, open the lesson from your upcoming list. (You'll need your waiver signed before booking.)
Cancel at least 48 hours ahead and the lesson returns to your balance to rebook. See our Terms & Studio Policies for the full details.
Go to Account → "Add my lessons to my calendar" and pick Google, Apple, or Outlook. It stays in sync, so new lessons and cancellations update on their own.
